Clarinet Manager: Edit/Run file

Access to selection of  filter file for Filter Editor.
Access to selection of  profile file for Profile Editor or Profile execution.

Path. The full path which is defined in the Manager dialog under the Directory Field.

File Name. For editing the name of the file, located in the working directory.
access to the choice list of Profile or Filter files located in the working directory.
