Manual commands: Managing V5 PSTN ports
Port address. A value MUST be defined.
OK. According to the command context, this command causes
the relevant primitive to be sent to the emulator and request a service be initiated.
In particular, that allows the launching of the outgoing call or the clearing of the
outgoing/incoming call relating to a PSTN port.
