Profile editor: Clarinet selection

Bearer channel(s) switched by outgoing and incoming calls can be managed either on the current Clarinet interface or on a set of several Clarinet interfaces.
Availability of TS's as bearer channels with associated CIC values must be defined for each relevant Clarinet  interface.

Clarinet i. Access to editing the CIC value associated to each TS of the Clarinet interface numbered i which could be used as bearer channels.
