allowed) and (LIC-1)

- LIC. Lowest Incoming Channel.
- HIC. Highest Incoming Channel.
Two-way Channel(s). for the values of bounds
- LTC. Lowest Two-way Channel.
- HTC. Highest Two-way Channel.
Outgoing Channel(s). for the values of bounds
- LOC. Lowest Outgoing Channel.
- HOC. Highest Outgoing Channel.
