Software installation: Clarinet Run-time

This package is installed from a setup program

The wizard takes you through a series of dialog boxes that prompt for setup information (licence number of the Clarinet run-time)

The installation of Clarinet Run-time creates the directories Clatools, Cladata under the path selected during installation (default is C:\Clarinet).

A Clarinet 10.x entry is created in the Programs menu. Clarinet 10.x provides access to different sub-entries for the Clarinet application and for initialisation purposes (Clarinet-Init, Clarinet Loader). The Clarinet Loader is added to the Start-up menu to automatically initialize the Clarinet book(s) if connected.

The installation of Clarinet Run-Time creates the following entry in the list of installed packages displayed by Clarinet-Init:

• Clarinet Run-Time
        Version 10.x

To get additional information, which might have been added after writing the Clarinet-Help, a Readme.txt file is supplied in the Clarinet package. The Clarinet Read Me file can be accessed from the Clarinet 10.x menu.
