ISDN ETS samples

Purpose of the samples

The ETS are provided on a CD-ROM and the installation/execution is protected by a security key. In the Clarinet ETS CD-ROM new functions have been added:

• a sample of test of TBR3 layer 3 named TBR3L3D (D for demo)
• a trace of execution of all the ETS32

TBR3 Layer 3

The package for demo includes the some Testcases for state 19. It allows to show the running of an TBR3 layer 3 in front of any ISDN BRI equipment. The new features, PICS/PIXIT trace and Test Report in the Event-editor, are supported by these ETS.

The installation procedure done by using Ets32\Etsi\TBR3L3D\Disk1\setup.exe on the CDROM creates the directory TBR3L3D under Clarinet\claets. All the standard files of TBR3L3 are provided (PICS/PIXIT); the only limitation is the executable program which includes 5 Testcases of state 19.

Trace of execution

Each directory of the ETS in the CD-ROM contains a subdirectory Disk1 for install and another subdirectory Run. In this directory are located Clarinet Event Files corresponding to the running of the ETS in front of a standard IUT (generally a Clarinet emulation of IUT).
