Filter editor statistics: System event conditions

Delay selection. One Delay number must be selected in the choice list:

  • Delay 1. type events may be generated if the protocol filter includes specifications of Start/Stop Delay 1 actions for measuring delays between particular events.
  • Delay i. type events may be generated if the protocol filter includes specifications of Start/Stop Delay i actions for measuring delays between particular events.
  • Delay type. The different types of Delay events, related to the pre-defined Delay number, can be independently selected  to be counted.

    • Start Delay. The Start Delay events, which may be generated according to the Start Delay action, are counted.
    • Kill Delay. The Kill Delay events, which may be generated to report the freeing of a delay calculation resource, are counted.
    • Stop Delay. The Stop Delay events, which may be generated according to the Stop Delay action, are counted according to the Min/Max specifications.
    • Selecting delay type:
      • No. Deselection of the type.
      • Yes. Selection of the type.

Delay bounds. In case of Stop Delay type event, two time values have to be entered as minimum and maximum bounds to select a range of the delays measured.
By this way, that makes possible to glance over dispersion of the delay values.

    • Min. The Stop Delay events, with delay values below this time value, do not fulfil the condition and are not counted.
    • Max. The Stop Delay events, with delay values above this time value, do not fulfil the condition and are not counted.

Operation. The Delay recording mode MUST be set for counting on Delay events.
