Choice of PDU type for decoding
The Clarinet emulator own IP address will be automatically put in place of the IP
address value '00000000'H (as 0.0.0.0).
IP address can be modified to a different value, which will be kept unchanged.
The highlighted hexa sequence can be decoded in a secondary H323 Encoder window
according to the OpenLogicalChannel PDU type.
