RTP
Min. Sequential. Source is not valid until MIN_SEQUENTIAL packets
with sequential sequence numbers have been received.
2 by default.
Max. Drop out. The sequence number is considered valid if it is no
more than MAX_DROPOUT ahead of max_seq.
3000 by default.
Max. Misorder. The sequence number is considered valid if it is no
more than MAX_MISORDER behind of max_seq.
100 by default.
Emulator FIFO. FIFO's size.
400 mS by default.
RTCP
Control Traffic Bandwith.
Senders Bandwith fraction. Default 25%.
Minimum Report Interval. Minimal time duration between RTCP packets.
Time Out of Participant. Number of RTCP intervals before a sender
becomes out.
Inactive Marked participant. Number of RTCP intervals before Receiver
Report sent
rather than Sender Report.
