Profile editor: Signalling user program

For simulation at layer N over a stack of emulators up to layer N-1:
  • The profile can  include specifications (Emulator configuration) to automatically initialise the relevant emulators at the beginning of its execution.
  • The stack of  emulators can also be initialised by the user program.

Program name. Access to the choice list of the executable files, located in the working directory.
To cancel the current User program definition, the name has to be deleted and the field remains empty.

  • Beginning. A launching option must be selected :
  • Immediately. Default option.
  • After monitoring ON. The executable file is launched after occurence of the Monitoring On system event.
  • After emulator init. The executable file is launched after initialization of the selected emulator(s).
  • Profile execution end. A launching option must be selected :

  • After user prog. end. Profile execution is stopped just after or a while later after UP ends, according to other simulation processes and Min duration parameter.
    Default option.
  • Regardless user prog. Profile execution is stopped regardless user program execution and according to other simulation processes and Min duration parameter.
  • Parameters. Program parameters to be used as command line arguments.

Interface managed by user program from other interface. An option must be selected :

    • No. Default option.
