IP profile editor: SIP message fields auto update

Depending on current state and protocol settings, some parts of the message should be automatically updated: start-line, headers, bodies. For example, the Request-URI of the startline depends on the method, the To header, the proxy settings, ...

The auto-update feature can be independently disabled for each field type listed within the panel. 

Validation

• No. The fields of relevant type are kept unchanged.
• Yes. The fields of the relevant type are updated by the emulator, according to the rules detailed in Features: SIP Simulator - Message fields updating by emulator.
