SS#7 Emulator configuration - MTP-3

Sub-service field. Part of SIO field in a SS7 MSU.

  • Network indicator. To be selected in the choice list ( set values of bits DC in SSF ).
  • Spare bits. A value of bits BA of SSF.

Signalling point code. Local Point Code used in OPC field of transmitted messages.
A value must be defined.
In ANSI, enter value parts as Network Identifier, Network Cluster and  Network Cluster Member.

Default signalling link code. SLC field value used by default (outgoing calls, ...). A value must be defined.

Signalling network testing and maintenance messages. SNTM messages are managed by emulator:

  • SLTA messages transmitted in reply to any SLTM messages
  • SLTM messages transmitted only  if In used checkbox selected
    • Timer. SLTM messages transmitted at every  <timer> value).
    • Pattern. Content (in hex) of the transmitted SLTM messages.
