Logical C-channel ID. Number allocated to the current C-channel in the V5 interface.
An Empty field means 'Standby'

• PSTN. PSTN signalling information shall not be conveyed.

• ISDN Ds. ISDN D-channel signalling type data shall not be conveyed.
