Clarinet init: Configuration file edition

Description. The content can be customised to describe briefly the characteristics of the current configuration file with an ASCII character string.

Clarinet boards allotment. To define allotment of Clarinet interfaces to either the Manager 1 or the Manager 2.

User application. Specific processing on events (customised edition, filtering) can be launched from the Manager Dialogue, and  carried out by the execution of user-developed program(s) in C language.
To define the operating parameters of User event processing.

Manager 1 configuration. To edit the configuration of the test application with the Manager 1.

Manager 2 configuration. To edit the configuration of the test application with the Manager 2.

Save. To save the modifications of the current configuration file.

Save As. To create a new configuration file from the modified current configuration.
